What a gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Playa Palms Beach Hotel made us feel so welcome and looked after. the room had a stunning ocean view and the design was simply beautiful. Carlos, the concierge, was a true standout - so friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short stroll to all the action in Playa. And let's talk about the private beach - a true paradise to relax and unwind. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again.
